These terms apply to purchases from My Pet Stuff and use of our online store. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

Product information
Please review each product's description, measurements, suitability, and usage instructions before purchasing. Images are illustrative, and colours may appear differently on different screens. Products must nevertheless match their description and meet applicable legal requirements.
Use products safely and as directed. Supervise your pet where appropriate and seek veterinary advice for health-related concerns.
Prices and payment
The applicable price, currency, shipping charges, and any taxes collected through checkout are shown before you place your order. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
If we discover a pricing or listing error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where required. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
Orders
Provide accurate contact and delivery information. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order; your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items.
